Postdoctoral researcher

ABOUT
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Research Group Neural Circuits, Consciousness, and Cognition at the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics, in Frankfurt am Main.
My primary research focus is exploring how neural activity generates conscious perception. I am particularly interested in the crucial role brain oscillations play in orchestrating network dynamics and in the interaction between bodily and brain rhythms. To investigate these areas, I employ a multidisciplinary approach that combines human psychophysics, functional brain imaging, electrophysiology, and non-invasive brain stimulation techniques.

I am currently organizing the lecture series "NCClab Talks" where we invite prominent speakers in the field of consciousness and cognitive sciences.
